I've just written the book "SuperMedia: Saving Journalism So It Can Save The World" (Blackwell). There are extracts online at www.polis.media.org I argue that public participation will make journalism more networked and that it will offer social benefits when it does.
I still haven't worked out exactly HOW this will happen so I hope to generate some ideas at this session,
